These terms cover service booked with Sack of Suds Pressure Washing ("we," "us," or "our") in La Habra, CA and nearby areas. By booking service, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide trash can cleaning, driveway and surface pressure washing, and dumpster pad cleaning for residential and commercial properties, on a one-time or recurring basis.
Scheduling and access
You agree to provide access to the service area on your scheduled day — for example, an unlocked gate, cans placed at the curb, or a clear dumpster pad. If we can't access the area, we may reschedule or charge a trip fee.
Pricing and payment
We quote pricing before starting work. Payment is due upon completion of service unless we've agreed to different terms in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may affect your next scheduled date.
Service limitations
Pressure washing improves the appearance of most surfaces, but some stains, discoloration, or damage from age, weather, or prior neglect may not fully come out. We're not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn or loose surfaces, or damage from conditions we couldn't reasonably see before starting work.
Limitation of liability
Except where required by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We aren't responsible for indirect or incidental damages.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
The Sack of Suds Service Alerts program sends text messages about quotes, scheduling, and service updates to customers who have opted in. By giving us your phone number, you agree to receive texts from this program. Message frequency varies based on your service schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our business changes. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent update.
