Service Areas

We primarily serve La Habra City, Orange County, and surrounding areas in California. Service availability may vary by location.


Quotes and Estimates

Quote Process

  • All quotes are provided free of charge

  • Quotes are estimates based on information provided and initial assessment

  • Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified

Quote Accuracy

  • Quotes are based on accessible areas visible during initial assessment

  • Additional charges may apply for:

    • Hidden damage or excessive buildup discovered during service

    • Areas not accessible during initial quote

    • Additional services requested during work

    • Hazardous conditions requiring special equipment or procedures


Scheduling and Appointments

Booking

  • Services must be scheduled in advance

  • We will confirm appointments via phone, email, or text message

  • Customer must provide accurate contact information and service address

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customer Cancellations: Must provide at least 24 hours notice

  • Weather Cancellations: We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions

  • Emergency Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule if unforeseen circumstances arise

Access Requirements

  • Customer must ensure access to all areas to be cleaned

  • Customer is responsible for moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, and personal items

  • If access is denied or restricted, additional trip charges may apply


Payment Terms

Payment Methods

We accept payment via:

  • Credit and debit cards (processed through Square and Stripe)

  • Cash

  • Check (with valid ID)

Payment Schedule

  • Residential Services: Payment due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

  • Commercial Services: Net 30 payment terms available for approved accounts

  • Large Projects: May require deposit or progress payments

Late Payments

  • Late fees of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue accounts

  • Services may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days past due

  • Customer is responsible for all collection costs and legal fees


Customer Responsibilities

Property Preparation

Customer agrees to:

  • Remove or secure all fragile items, decorations, and personal property

  • Move vehicles from work areas

  • Ensure pets are secured and away from work areas

  • Provide access to water and electrical outlets if needed

  • Notify us of any known hazards or special conditions

Property Disclosure

Customer must disclose:

  • Known damage to surfaces to be cleaned

  • Recent repairs or painting (within 6 months)

  • Presence of lead paint or asbestos

  • Any structural concerns or weak areas

  • Irrigation systems, outdoor lighting, or electrical components

Safety Compliance

Customer agrees to:

  • Keep children and pets away from work areas during service

  • Not interfere with equipment or work in progress

  • Follow any safety instructions provided by our team


Liability and Insurance

Our Insurance Coverage

We maintain:

  • General liability insurance

  • Workers' compensation insurance

  • Commercial vehicle insurance

Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Property Damage

  • We will inspect property before beginning work and note any existing damage

  • Customer should report any damage within 24 hours of service completion

  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage or conditions

    • Damage to surfaces not suitable for pressure washing

    • Damage resulting from customer's failure to disclose known issues

    • Normal wear and aging of surfaces

    • Damage to improperly installed or maintained surfaces

Exclusions

We are not liable for:

  • Damage to plants, landscaping, or outdoor furniture not properly protected

  • Water damage from pre-existing leaks or structural issues

  • Electrical issues with outdoor fixtures or equipment

  • Damage to surfaces with existing cracks, loose materials, or structural defects

  • Fading or discoloration of aged surfaces

  • Damage caused by acts of nature, vandalism, or third parties


Warranties and Guarantees

Service Guarantee

  • We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from service completion

  • If you're not satisfied, we will return to address the issue at no charge

  • Guarantee applies only to areas specifically cleaned during original service

No Other Warranties

  • We make no warranties regarding the condition of surfaces after cleaning

  • We do not guarantee removal of all stains, discoloration, or buildup

  • Some stains and discoloration may be permanent and cannot be removed


Safety and Environmental Compliance

Chemical Use

  • We use professional-grade, environmentally responsible cleaning products

  • All chemicals are applied according to manufacturer specifications

  • Customer will be notified of any chemicals used that may affect plants or surfaces

Environmental Protection

  • We comply with all local water discharge regulations

  • We take reasonable precautions to protect landscaping and surrounding areas

  • Customer should remove or cover sensitive plants before service

Safety Protocols

  • Our team follows industry safety standards

  • We use appropriate personal protective equipment

  • Work areas will be secured during service


Intellectual Property

Photography and Marketing

  • We may photograph work areas before and after service for quality control

  • Photos may be used for marketing purposes unless customer opts out

  • Customer grants permission for use of before/after photos in our marketing materials

  • Customer may request removal of photos from marketing use at any time

  • All website content, logos, and materials are our intellectual property

  • Customer may not reproduce or use our materials without written permission


Privacy and Data Protection

Effect of Termination

  • Customer remains liable for all services performed and costs incurred
