Residential and commercial pressure washing
House washing and exterior cleaning
Driveway, sidewalk, and concrete cleaning
Deck and patio cleaning
Fence cleaning
Gutter cleaning (exterior)
Other related exterior cleaning services
We primarily serve La Habra City, Orange County, and surrounding areas in California. Service availability may vary by location.
All quotes are provided free of charge
Quotes are estimates based on information provided and initial assessment
Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
Quotes are based on accessible areas visible during initial assessment
Additional charges may apply for:
Hidden damage or excessive buildup discovered during service
Areas not accessible during initial quote
Additional services requested during work
Hazardous conditions requiring special equipment or procedures
Services must be scheduled in advance
We will confirm appointments via phone, email, or text message
Customer must provide accurate contact information and service address
Customer Cancellations: Must provide at least 24 hours notice
Weather Cancellations: We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions
Emergency Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule if unforeseen circumstances arise
Customer must ensure access to all areas to be cleaned
Customer is responsible for moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, and personal items
If access is denied or restricted, additional trip charges may apply
We accept payment via:
Credit and debit cards (processed through Square and Stripe)
Cash
Check (with valid ID)
Residential Services: Payment due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
Commercial Services: Net 30 payment terms available for approved accounts
Large Projects: May require deposit or progress payments
Late fees of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue accounts
Services may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days past due
Customer is responsible for all collection costs and legal fees
Customer agrees to:
Remove or secure all fragile items, decorations, and personal property
Move vehicles from work areas
Ensure pets are secured and away from work areas
Provide access to water and electrical outlets if needed
Notify us of any known hazards or special conditions
Customer must disclose:
Known damage to surfaces to be cleaned
Recent repairs or painting (within 6 months)
Presence of lead paint or asbestos
Any structural concerns or weak areas
Irrigation systems, outdoor lighting, or electrical components
Customer agrees to:
Keep children and pets away from work areas during service
Not interfere with equipment or work in progress
Follow any safety instructions provided by our team
We maintain:
General liability insurance
Workers' compensation insurance
Commercial vehicle insurance
IMPORTANT: Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
We will inspect property before beginning work and note any existing damage
Customer should report any damage within 24 hours of service completion
We are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage or conditions
Damage to surfaces not suitable for pressure washing
Damage resulting from customer's failure to disclose known issues
Normal wear and aging of surfaces
Damage to improperly installed or maintained surfaces
We are not liable for:
Damage to plants, landscaping, or outdoor furniture not properly protected
Water damage from pre-existing leaks or structural issues
Electrical issues with outdoor fixtures or equipment
Damage to surfaces with existing cracks, loose materials, or structural defects
Fading or discoloration of aged surfaces
Damage caused by acts of nature, vandalism, or third parties
We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from service completion
If you're not satisfied, we will return to address the issue at no charge
Guarantee applies only to areas specifically cleaned during original service
We make no warranties regarding the condition of surfaces after cleaning
We do not guarantee removal of all stains, discoloration, or buildup
Some stains and discoloration may be permanent and cannot be removed
We use professional-grade, environmentally responsible cleaning products
All chemicals are applied according to manufacturer specifications
Customer will be notified of any chemicals used that may affect plants or surfaces
We comply with all local water discharge regulations
We take reasonable precautions to protect landscaping and surrounding areas
Customer should remove or cover sensitive plants before service
Our team follows industry safety standards
We use appropriate personal protective equipment
Work areas will be secured during service
We may photograph work areas before and after service for quality control
Photos may be used for marketing purposes unless customer opts out
Customer grants permission for use of before/after photos in our marketing materials
Customer may request removal of photos from marketing use at any time
All website content, logos, and materials are our intellectual property
Customer may not reproduce or use our materials without written permission
We collect customer information necessary to provide services
Information is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy
We do not sell or share customer information with third parties for marketing
By providing contact information, customer consents to:
Service-related communications via phone, email, and text
Marketing communications (with opt-out available)
Appointment reminders and follow-up communications
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
Weather conditions unsafe for pressure washing
Natural disasters or acts of God
Government regulations or restrictions
Equipment failure or supply shortages
Labor disputes or strikes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Direct Communication: Disputes should first be addressed directly with our management
Mediation: If direct resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through mediation
Arbitration: Binding arbitration may be required for disputes over $5,000
Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings will be conducted in Orange County or Sacramento County, California
Customer agrees to resolve disputes individually and waives the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
Either party may terminate service agreements:
With reasonable notice for ongoing service contracts
Immediately for breach of these Terms
For safety concerns or inability to access property
Customer remains liable for all services performed and costs incurred
Confidentiality and limitation of liability provisions survive termination
We may update these Terms at any time
Changes will be posted on our website with updated effective date
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms
Material changes will be communicated via email when possible
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services
Pricing and service offerings may change with reasonable notice
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between customer and Company.
